I'd be more than happy to take that off your hands
The black and white imagery is most likely high resolution radar.

The Predator, Global Hawk, or whatever it is, all rely on radar sweeps from instruments below the plane as their primary 'sight' (you can see the original data on the lower middle screen).

Most likely, part of what's revolutionary about this set up is that this radar data is being mapped out as if it was being viewed from a cockpit. Thus the operator can use it to more naturally control the plane. Otherwise he/she would only have the flat map and the small color video (center, center screen).
Hey they did move the button. I'm sure a crack team of engineers (Ohioan or not) spent a whole five minutes working on making the design new and unique.
no cablecard here... no tv either ;)
Lost or Battlestar Galactica... guess I have to go with Battlestar by a hair

iRobot has been making robots for police departments and the military long before it went into the robot vacuum business. Besides not many people refuse to buy a GE washing machine because they also make jet engines… or refuse to fly on a Boeing 747 because it was originally designed to be a military transport.

Anyway, they’re transport, scout, and explosive ordnance disposal robots designed to protect the lives of soldiers, police officers, civilians and hostages. It’s not like finding out that Heckler & Koch also make hemp necklaces.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
