F*ck you, Kyle.
If thousands of these oppositions are filed by all sorts of companies each year then.... why is this news? Just because Apple is involved?
Strange.... I got a virus warning when I clicked on the link. }:-(
Maybe I'm jaded, but I'm not gonna pay $4 for an interactive fast food commercial... spend the money on a good game rental, instead.
I've got a DS-Xtreme, and it's great. Sure, it's the most expensive slot-1 solution, but it's speed and battery life are tops. (slot-1 devices draw less power)

There's only 512mb of space, though... plenty for games, but not enough for those who want to turn their DS into a media player.
I can't help but see this as mere damage control, rather than a sincere apology. You guys could have made another post (or updated the post in question) to defuse the hype, and you could have done so before the 1000th comment.
If we had wiimotes, we could use them to simulate torches and pitchforks.
.... if something like this actually went on sale, that is.
Not every iPod accessory deserves coverage. I'd be surprised if sales of this thing reached triple digits.
Why isn't Nintendo putting out similar software? I'd love to see the DS get more PDA-like software, besides Opera.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
