I also find it suspect that Iolo would be making these findings. Win7 was in RC starting 3 months ago, wasn't it?
Is the mobile formatted one 16x9? Downloading now, just a little impatient...
I would also like to see this, please put this on both services (so I can watch on my beautiful Zune HD).
I agree, even though I own a normal ssd, I would love to have one of these PCI-E cards to slap into my machine. The difference between 250 and 750 is just too big :-)
We are going to be demoing the t400s soon, that machine is ROCK solid, it's world class above even the other t-series machines.
That's not even Steve Ballmer, I don't know how you even thought it was.
The quad tuner sure makes it easier to fully spec a box with all 12 tuners now. I was looking at the pictures and thinking "oh god where am i going to get a mobo with 4 pci-x1". How does the 6 Tuner version work if you are only allowed 4 tuners of each type? Does anyone have any info on that point? I would be interested to see if you can use all 6 tuners in Win7MC, otherwise I guess I can deal with 4+4+4 O.o
I'm kinda dissapointed (except for the CableCARD thing) also, but then I thought about it, and I realized just how close to perfect the features in Media Center are. Obviously a clean integration of Blu Ray would be nice, but beyond that the only thing lacking are extenders that aren't the 360, that are actually good.
Finally, I have loved my 505 since the day I bought it, and have shrugged off the Kindle as feeling like a chintsy piece of kit since then. With the Daily Edition, it may be worth upgrading from the 505, because I just can't say I really want the kindle.
Yeah, I'm not so sure on Engadget's sources sometimes, this isn't really news as I played with one at Best Buy about 2 weeks ago.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
