You die in a car or you die in a plane... the result is the same.

"Since these batteries are intended for the power grid instead of cellphones and Roombas, the researchers can use materials not feasible in consumer electronics"

How is this for the home?
@Nicholas He needs to include a "FUD" tag with it:

Firefox is now well in the "below everyone else" as far as memory usage is concerned.
@sam This is Microsoft... it will be WMV and WMA. You don't think they'd actually support open standards, do you?
@Orbital prey or pray?
Holy crap. I just profiled the site in firebug and you guys are definitely doing something wrong. There is one function being called over a quarter MILLION times. That's insane!

Also, no website should peak out my processor for 3 seconds AFTER the page loads forbidding me from scrolling. Do you possibly need to start storing DOM objects/jquery containers instead of running a jquery search every time you need to use them?

Are you even reading this or am I just wasting time?
@Skaz I have a Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo that uses a USB dongle and it works fine. It doesn't have great range though, so take that into account if you want a wireless solution.
@ack154 Some of the functions (like game information) will open in the browser now. It's really a great resource if they get a stable version. It's less interface code they have to write for every little thing. I've also used it to look up hints on parts of games without having to run to the other room and boot up the PC or grab my laptop.
@googleadam I don't think I've ever had a crash that wasn't my fault... (I'm a developer and I like to push things)

Browsing and general 'net usage has been stellar.
@Gimboa I'm pretty sure Hulu is blocking PS3 browser users...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
