Where is the market for this? UMPC = The new Tablet PC.
My fan on my MBA won't kick out of high gear when running Vista. Anyone else have this problem, or know how to stop it? The battery life isn't bad when compared to OS X, just the fan problem and not having the touchpad click work. 2 finger scroll works but not the touchpad click?
I wonder how much the legal teams working these lawsuits are making?
I knew Apple wouldn't let me down.
HD-DVD might be better but just because consumers bought into Blu-ray doesn't mean that it is a better format. There are a lot of stupid consumers out there. Late night infomercials wouldn't exist if consumers were smart. CONSUMERS ARE STUPID, thats why marketing works.
Stupid, why would a company pay for dead weight? Palm's phones suck, their employees obviously are not the pick of the litter, and they don't have any holdings. They payed a lot of money for a shitty OS. WHY WOULD APPLE DO THIS? No smart person would buy this shitty company. They are living off of a decent smart phone that was made 4 years ago and have yet to innovate since.
Jesus, it's like watching a plane crash. Please just stop trying, the centro makes me want to throw up everytime I see it. My old MDA is smaller than that door stop.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
