"I think if the PS3 does well this gen (which we all sort of know it will, eventually)"
No.

"Home could potentially be the biggest 'second life' sort of game and Sony could be racking in some serious cash"
No.

"maybe so popular that they will even port it over to PC or something."

Um, I don't think fred was being a troll at all. Microsoft is also holding a press event tomorrow with similar aims as Apple's event. I was also curious as whether Engadget was going to liveblog that event, but I guess it would be fruitless considering we know a lot of information regarding that event already.

In any case, I'd still enjoy a good liveblog of both events.
I AM HERE!

Ryan Block, the man with a cap.
hmm, movie posters and some artwork of san francisco
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
