I have the 4GB Kingmax "smallest flash drive in the world." It's been extremely fast for me, and it's just impressive to other people. I keep it in my wallet, about as thin as a credit card. I would love for a company to make a USB drive that is just as thin, the size of a credit card to keep in wallet, but bigger in capacity.
Intel only is a move in the right direction, though it will piss people off--me included as I type from my PowerMac G5... Honestly though, snow leopard? There are plenty of other cat names out there that are fairly common. I know this sounds like it will be a beefed up Leopard, but just do that with Leopard upgrades... So I hope this is a false rumor. Not exactly excited about this announcement. Apple should be focusing on updating their laptop line, which is a bit overdue honestly. They could do something innovative there. Apple is too quick about OS updates. By version x.x.9, it's usually fairly bug free and near "perfect" (obviously lacking some desired features, but usually pretty stable), but a full $130 update comes every couple of years when they could easily work on expanding the current version. Ah well...

Can't wait for WWDC though. Hoping for a MBP update.
Should I hold back on a Macbook Pro for this, or will it not be implemented in the MB line? I'm getting a MBP for college, but I would definitely hold back for quad core if it was within a year.
Very generous, would be nice to win. :)

What ever happened to black lenses? I hate Canon's white L lenses, and now Sigma's going green (in fugly, non-environmental way)?
Interesting, very cool... But how does multiple exposures at one time work without two different systems in the high dynamic range mode?
I gotta get me one of these!

Seriously.
Ah wow, good to hear. I haven't been keeping up with it. Looking to upgrade my camera arsenal this Spring, so I'll wait for word on this.
I'm confident it will be top notch, but they could easily hit the market that the HV20 is dominating right now, or even the $500 range (that desperately needs help, seriously). Basically, RED could create a fantastic camera, like the HV20 is right now, but that kind of camera isn't for me. And it's the term "pocket" that throws me off. I'm going to stick with my prediction that they are hitting the "Youtube crowd" who don't take it seriously, but want to have nice looking video. But I'm crossing my fingers for your prediction and the hopes listed in my previous post.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
