When are they going to realize we don't spend our lives resizing photos and zooming in on maps...
GMail always worked really well with Mail.app... Google even had a little tutorial on how to set it up. I've been using it for years with Mail and it works perfectly.
I also went to a Cingular store a few days ago, and a salesperson there tried to tell me I shouldn't get the iPhone, because the phone would be $1,200 without a plan, and that I could find a better phone for free. It's obvious no one at Cingular knows what they're talking about, and I really don't want to have to deal with them to get the iPhone. Sad isn't it? I think Apple would be better off being their own mobile service provider.
The included Calculator app in OSX already does all of this.... just go to View, and choose Scientific. The widget is pretty simple though, I'll admit, but I've used the Calculator app many times using the scientific view.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
