No I don't think it's better but it has some nice features and I enjoy that fast EVDO modem and the TouchFLO interface.

Busy city, so I would say there are things one could do over there.

Well not sure if that's about offline or online media. But you have to think that even the big copyrighters in big media companies get their sound from famous songs.

I do agree though that using a song that it's not yet released on an album may affect sales. They are just unaware of that. They are after money.

Paypal is sted by step going down.
I can bet my 2cents for that. Their "account frozen" statements, the allowed countries, made them an impossible solution for many of us.

There are already Webmoney, Moneybookers, and others to be the Paypal others never had.

Google checkout is a threat to their business. It wouldn't suprise me Paypal becoming worldwide in the soonest possible time ;)
