I don't understand stand alone pay ringtone creation apps...GarageBand makes it so easy, under $5 or donationware sure but $30 for an app that does what you can do already in your iLife suite?
You spelled Chief wrong.

Good interview though!
WOW...that's going to cause a few ripples.
I'm ashamed to say that I haven't actually seen the movie but I do have the DVD (standard edition) in my grubby little hands and will be firing it up this evening...but so far my favorite part is the previews.
This product could be a breakout success for the Mac if the price wasn't so high, they would make a killing at $50-$75 for the program and map, but at $150 it is still easier to run a program via boot camp/parallels/VMWare.
Am I the only one who is tired of developers charging for betas, please help us find all the bugs in out product, it'll only cost you $15, come on already, used to be back in the good old days that when you beta tested something the developer(s) gave you a copy of the program for free and even a little swag (say what you want about Microsoft but some of the coolest beta swag I've gotten was from them), now you want me to pay you to find your bugs...no thanks, well that and I'm very happy with Vienna.
The XMRO (XM Radio Online) is free for subscribers it no longer cost $2.99 a month or $6.99 for the family plan.
Battlestar Galactica
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
