Now don't go flooding WPI's webserver... but here's the project page:

This is stupid to be on Engadget. In my entry level ECE class at WPI, we made an Electrocardiogram for our second project, using two non-inverting and one inverting op-amps (all using the same chip). The results were viewed on ocilloscope with the same result - no need for a microprocessor. But I suppose if you don't have a cheap scope... or... want to waste time...
I'm thinking of upgrading from my Genesis to a Saturn or Dreamcast. Is that "next-gen" enough for ya? (or maybe an xBox 360) :)

Games? PShhhh! The XBox360 is so amazing it DOESN'T NEED games!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
