Wait.. Korea doesn't have GSM network (whole country is on CDMA) and they get iPhones. I think there are CDMA iPhones.
I like it this way. Now you don't see people trying to get to the top of the comment list by replying to the first commentor.

but... my credit card companys know my SS#, home address, my phone number, my income, my employer, etc. AND they know that I ordered pizza at Papa John's twice in one week at the same location. Yet, I've never felt insecure that these "evil" companies knows too much about my important private information.
I'd trade my surfing habit information for free gmail, google calendar, Android, Google OS, etc.
OK.. If Apple implements that small chemical sensor inside the iPhone for next generation iPhone, I'll pay ETF for my DROID and switch to iPhone. Instead of fart application, we would get fart tracker!!!
hary,
If that video was the "future" capabilities of Symbian, Nokia will get even less market share in that "future" I would say that UI is actually worse than current iPhone OS or Android 2.0. (I see it's kind of Android 2.0 mixed with Samsung Omnia UI which I hated)
That UI may work for users who never experienced either iPhone or Android 2.0, but number of those people are shrinking fast.
Wow, she was a geek enough to buy DROID on launch day and don't know how to operate the phone. Can you believe it?
Oh, by the way, check out this quote from my super model friend from future.. that's 2010 July, "Just got this iPhone 3Gs Pro, and 3G doesn't work! I think it's on EDGE, but why? Can I return it?"
If I live in a place that gets snow/ice storm, I'd invest some money into remote starter...
jlg830,
It seems my previous post didn't appear. Let me post it again.
I got 31.99 plan using 20% corporate discount. Ask your friends who work for big company. Access to discount is just simple link that doesn't have employee's information. and They don't verify that you work for the company. In fact, I got my sister and mom same discount w/o being on same account.
For SMS thru Google Voice, you can log on to voice.google.com and send SMS or I think you can reply to email that Google Voice sends you when you receive SMS. But I'm sure Android app would make sending SMS thru Google Voice much easier.
Do you have to wear cooper-wired-glove to operate inductive touch screen?
If your plan is higher than $50/month and you were registered to myVerizon, you are eligible for an annual upgrade. your contract will be extended (or renewed)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
