This looks like Eve online + Star Wars Galaxies combined to make one giant bland game.
He doesn't like it because it's too hard for him. It's pissing people off because that shouldn't be something you shouldn't give as a negative aspect in a review.
It's like rewarding the most disgusting kind of elitism

I'm sorry but when was it decided that a game taking skill and practice to complete was elitist?
30+ times that I can remember so far I've completed Chrono trigger. got all the endings on the SNES version and all the endings on PS version and played it regularly after that just for fun.
One of those "I DARE YOU TO SAY THAT TO MY FACE IRL! I KNOW KARATE AND WORK OUT EVERYDAY!" type moments that ended up actually happening I bet.
I noticed a fair number of things that were displeasing about the video.

-Some graphical pop-in similar to GTA4 happens while he is standing on the train.
-The camera seems to need to some work, noticeable especially when he is on the hotel sign.
-Jumping seemed really really over exaggerated. It is kind of a super hero game but I mean he isn't Spiderman or anything.
-Some weird looking animations and stances like how he was standing on the train and how he was holding onto the railing when he was shooting.

aside from that, easy things to fix, the game looks pretty solid. Can't wait for it.
It really sucks that MH3 is gonna be Wii exclusive. I hope that these sales numbers at least make them think of bringing MH3 back to development for the poor old Pstripple. It really needs it.
I miss the booth babes, the giant displays that took up half the center, the massive amounts of swag and other crap the companies would hand out. You used to be cool E3, what happened to you man?
The only way you could really make fun of this game is by calling it CastlevaniaNote.
why don't they just distribute these games through Steam?

The guy who did Audiosurf had his beta weekend cracked and it was being played long after that. He went the smart route and made it available through Steam.

I know it has it's own flaws, like not being able to play your games at all if you don't have the internet, but at least it's somewhat secure and easy to use and doesn't include this gestapo checking-in 10 days bullcrap.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
