Great a phone that'll be in a state of perpetual beta.

Actually this would make an interesting combo, on one hand you have a company that generally offers their products to end consumers for free and the other hand you have a company that produces quality products that you do indeed pay a premium for ownership (not complaining mind you)...it'll be interesting to see how this one plays out.
I'm just wondering why it took the mother over 2 years to file a lawsuit, the article states that the incident took place on Nov 2, 2004...it's completely asinine to file a lawsuit on an incident that allegedly happened over 2 years ago, and I wonder how many times she has been back to Starbuck's since?
I'm not buying it simply for the fact that it makes no sense to place a camera lens on the same side as the LCD screen (upper left).
Seems like it would be cheaper than the $61 geekstuff4u.com is asking to make it yourself.

That was supposed to be Monte Burns saying "excellent"

Loses some of the humor this way...if it had any.
it sure would be nice if Vonage offered these free to current subscribers and if they don't offer them free it sure would be nice for them not to charge a monthly fee like they do for the softphone for it.
PEZ if XM lost O&A someone forgot to tell them because I am listening to them on XM202 right now...how odd.

I really don't see the failed acquisition as that much of a setback, I wouldn't be surprised if in the next year or two XM rolls out a video service. In terms of technology XM is still about a 1-2 years ahead of Sirius in the technology department, XM has 5 true portable handheld receivers and Sirius has none, and when I say TRUE portable I mean able to receive and listen to satrad while NOT in the dock...Sirius is set to release theirs first one later this year.
another day, another please pick me, please.
pick me, pick me, please.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
