Didn't realize ther were so many posts :O

Please ignore that last one :)
Just if I can get my hands on a PS3 tomorrow. If I can, I'll do it as much as I can.
#20: The calculating power of an average computer is nearly nothing compared to a PS3, from what I heard. So, IMO PS3 folding sounds more fun, since you can get quite a big "score" with it. :)
Of all those games you mentioned, only one can seriously taken as a racing game, guess which. I'm not saying theyre bad, but we need some competition on the serious racers, not just these fancy arcade.. things. Still, Motorstorm is likely in my shopping cart next friday...
Finland; 690 € (EUR) = ~905 $ (USD).
Not around the same as everyone else.
Gran Turismo 4 Prologue did cost money after all...
When I tried E60 my first thought was: "awesome joystick, definately better than many other phones controls.." second came: "qwerty keyboard.. I *DO* hate the normal ohone writing system" third: "how do the S60 rograms look on this screen...".

They ripped off the joystick, but otherwise good news. Maybe this will make E60 prices lower...
I hope they will recover from the strike they got from selling PS3 at no-profit. We don't want Sony to become same as Sega, right? [Hears Wii60 fanboys coming]
9: The problem you described on your 42" happens because, well, 1024x768 is NOT 720p... 1280x720 = 720p, 1024x768 is only xga, a 4:3 resolution.
I couldn't imagine myself buying a plasma, even if I had money. LCD woot, DLP woot.
10, it's a jpeg image, what did you expect? Lossless quality?
I own: PS1, PSone, PS2, PSP, and going to buy a PS3 (don't worry, i have other systems too.). Terrible build quality? Yeah right. All of the above work fine, excluding the PS1 which has little trouble with scratched discs, non-scratched work fine. Count the years from PS1 PAL launch to 2007...
To the topic. owning a 768p screen just feels a little... silly... 720p is less than the optimal resolution, but I gess it'll do. I wonder, why this screen scales 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, but NOT 1080p? I wonder can I put WXGA resolution on PS3 w/ linux?

Back off-topic. Wii, 360 are awesome(to wii this applies for the first 2 hours, tested.). Really, is there any other serious game for Wii than Zelda, and gamecube has that too O_o The 360, I was a inch close to buying one because ofgetting tired of the waiting and waiting and waiting.. Anyway. It seems that Ps3 would be cheaper for me.
360 (with hd, ofcourse) + WLAN (I don't really have a ethernet socket at my tv) + Hd-dvd player (would be the cheapest hd-disc solution if I had a 360)
VS.
PS3
Ofcourse if I didn't want all those features, I'd be playing Test Drive Unlimited by now.

Now then, loong, booring post. Spotted a typo? Please ignore it. Spotted a grammar mistake? I'm listening.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
