Jul 10th 2008 5:46PM I have a friend who works as a tech for Verizon. He brings home a new phone sometimes 2 times a month - and I am not surprised. Moto's phone just plain suck. They lag, are not very intuitive, and everything seems half assed.
Moto - take a good, long, look at your competitors' products, domestic and foreign... it's not hard to see why your hand set division is suffering.
