It's "shudder," not shutter.
No more Halo articles. Give it a fucking rest and report on some other shit.
For the iTunes question, just use QTFairUse. It converts an MP4 (protected) to an MPA (unprotected), then you can rightclick on the song in iTunes and convert to MP3. Any quality loss from recompression would not even be noticed when played back on a PSP. Now that I think about it, when the hell is Sony going to have a firmware update that includes an EQ for music playback?
"This site never has anything original other than 'after the break' which is gay."

Because it's the same as Joystiq. The majority of stories are submitted by people that found the articles on REAL gaming news sites like Gamespot, IGN, The-Magicbox, etc. Like watching the CBS nightly news after you spent the whole day watching CNN. Might also explain why the "scoops" here are usually piddlyshit articles about some random asshole's Youtube video of a Banshee getting taken down with a land mine. Wow! Stop the presses!
"How is it that they can manage to make all thier content free but Redoctane, epic and ubi soft can't? And point the finger of blame at Microsoft?"

The same reason Valve won't be able to: Microsoft has the final say and won't let them put especially popular content out for free (ie: the new Gears maps, which were all set to be free after Epic made the same claim Valve is making now). Microsoft makes money off selling Microsoft Points, and I'm willing to bet they take a big chunk out of the actual spending of those Points on content. Yet we still have to pay for Xbox Live...what a total stickup job. I think subscribers to Xbox Live should at least get a fucking discount.
Kind of pointless. Play the game a for a moderate stretch and you don't even take their eyes off the TV to look at the buttons anymore.

These moneygrubbing assholes need to just come out with one guitar since they're clearly not interested in making any sort of consumer-pleasing adapters. Have a proprietary connector and breakaway cables (and wireless), so it will work with any modern console. Just like those multi-console A/V cables, but for controller inputs. Simply using one USB connector would cover both the Playstation and 360, with a little circuit board inside to detect the console and appropriately send the correct I/O signals.

I thought this was a rhythm game set to rock music, not a marketing ploy to get an individual consumer to buy multiple shitty plastic guitars. I'd really just like to use my raggedy old SG. This is Guitar Hero, not Steel Battalion.
What the hell ISN'T 800 Microsoft Points? Oh yea...gamertiles and themes. Fuck this "800 for everything" shit.
Halo's a decent franchise, but WTF is with this idolatry of the game? A FUCKING LIMITED EDITION SODA CAN!?

There's going to be a wet shirt out there when the dumb bastard who buys this spills it because his limited edition Spartan Moron Helmet doesn't have a mouth opening.
Nothing lamer than having people pay for what is essentially advertising materials (gamerpics). Might as well have quarter slots requiring us to pay in order to run the commercial breaks and get back to the show.
What a piece of junk. Definitely worth $130.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
