i visit TUAW every day but engadget only occasionally so i dont care who posts what first as long as it ends up here!
Speaking of the shuffle, itunes just informed me of a software update! something about bugs.

i just got one. i like it. it works with my apple remote headphones. i clipped it on my lanvin tie.
The store isn't actually open right now. They haven't gotten approval yet from the city. I'm hoping by Thursday or Friday!

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
