Did you notice that Dell changed the function-keys on the keyboard?No more FN-combinations to F5-refresh the Engadget homepage!
@Dries

You must be new at Engadget. They have a long tradition of using outdated pictures when reporting on Microsoft products.
@Mitch

Get yourself a Dell Studio 14, stop torturing yourself and start getting work done.
At $1K Steve Jobs better use the word "beautiful" at least 300 times at the presentation.

If it performs well with Windows 7 for normal business use then I think Dell might have a really nice laptop here. Remember this is a business notebook, demanding things like Blu-Ray is ridiculous.
Why does Engadget not understand that flawless, total and secure Echange support is a hell lot more important to a lot of people than twenty different fart-apps or fancy multitouch photo-viewing capalities.
Yes because we all know that Snow Leopard's HTPC / Media Center features are like... nonexistent.
So is your comment.
No it doesn't. You have to actively couple your Xbox Live account to your Live Messenger account to have you Xbox 360 log into Live Messenger automatically.

"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
