iPhone activation servers back online; stock updates from around the world {Engadget}

Jul 11th 2008 9:03PM Charlotte, NC: Apple store at Southpark Mall. At about 8pm the line was between 100-200 deep. It wrapped around a corner down a back hallway, so I don't know how many people may be around the corner. No idea on the supplies left in stock, just updating on the line.

iPhone 3G first look, what do you want to know? {Engadget}

Jul 10th 2008 9:06AM Was Walt right...Can you really only sync one calendar or and one set of contacts? I can only hope that he was wrong about this.

iPhone 3G: everything you ever wanted to know (but were afraid to ask) {Engadget}

Jun 12th 2008 3:10PM I'm pretty sure you will only have to pay for the old data plan if you buy an old iPhone used. The $30/month plan is AT&T's standard rate for 3G data service, that is why the new service plan is more expensive.

However, eventhough this article says the old iPhone's are worth nothing now, one look over at Ebay will show that this is not the case. I have been keeping an eye on the auctions hoping to snag an old iPhone for cheap, and just about every auction over the past few days has the old iPhone's selling at over $300. Maybe it is just uninformed people purchasing them who aren't aware that a new on is coming out in less than a month. Possibly come July 11, they will plummet to nothings, but to my surprise, they are still selling for quite a bit of money...for now.

WWDC 2008 is Monday at 10:00AM PST / 1:00PM EST, set your alarms {Engadget}

Jun 5th 2008 8:26PM BlueScreen is right, the headline should be changed to PDT and EDT.

Many people seem to use PST and EST in all instances when referring to these time zones. I imagine most people who do it aren't even aware that during daylight savings time you are supposed to use PDT and EDT.

Common mistakes that unfortunately causes confusion when people try to convert times to other time zones, as proven by all the comments here.
