I guess the entry level system makes sense. But if I were to get the Core Duo config, I might as well just go all the way to a 17" iMac. The extra $400 is well worth it.
Mikko, actually both the FREE.1 and FLY.1 are Mac compatible. I saw the "official" FREE.1 driver on their site last night. And in their PR for the FLY.1, it is mentioned that it is Mac compatible too.
Perfect timing. I was just thinking about getting the FREE.1 for my Mac mini in my living room. Now I can get the FLY.1 instead.

"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
