@Cam it has 6 SATA 300 ports and 2 SATA 600 ports
lol, some of us are cheap when it comes to mice and keyboards. I'm surprised there wasn't a parallel port to go with the PS/2 ports
@WhatHappened

Theoretically it will work with i9, but it might need a Bios update first.
Finally! but not too great video quality, the video looks small and laggy.
I had a Sony that fell apart the second I touched it, honestly it's overpriced crap.
I have a Dell that's probably going to be replaced with a new Dell Studio XPS due to the Nvidia GPU failing (not Dell's fault, but the customer service isn't that good)
I have a Thinkpad that's pretty much rock solid. It's GPU might fail but I'm hoping that happens under warrantee and I score a new laptop :) if not :(
I also have a Gateway and it's pretty much crap.
Also my gf has an Asus and while it has no problems, it's slow, loaded with bloatware, and annoyingly has those godawful stickers they shove into your face. Also she has a Macbook and it's been good (though i hate using it with it's low resolution screen. High res 4eva :)
If you're a PPC Mac user you've already been shafted by Apple with 10.6. So Adobe figures hey, why not screw over them PPC Mac users, Apple's already done a good job at it.
the Vertex is a great drive, but the real performance these drives bring is the random read and writes, as well as IOPS. If you read the review, you'd see that's where a huge chunk of performance gain is to be had.
I use it all the time in the dark and it seems fine to me.
Also the T20 came out with the Thinklight first, in 2000. The first Apple laptop with keyboard backlighting was the Powerbook G4 aluminum in 2003. So it appears to me Apple is doing it the hard way just to be different ;)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
