Because Sony likely isn't on board with it, they'd rather you buy Movies from the Playstation Store directly on the console. Having a piece of software you install would be just like installing a game, only this game stream sh*t from Netflix.
Need more speedy flash for all these 12 megapixel RAW images!
Its not about how BIG the trackpad is, its about how you USE the trackpad!
Seriously, why would anyone want to run a graphical, processor intensive application on a netbook? The software costs more than the netbook! Thats like an optics engineers asking how fast a netbook can process FFTs because they want to run simulations on it.
That's fairly weak sauce - if you were a real Linux user you wouldn't *need* it pre-installed, you'd install it yourself.
Boys and girls, the key word here is tru2way which does indeed mean cablecard! Cox or any other cable company can NOT deny usage of a box like this, doing so would be illegal.
Cruise ships have their own cellular systems, true, but my experience across a number of ships and cruise lines is that the BEST data connection I've seen was GPRS. So this story sounds very fishy. There was no way he watching the game via Slingbox over GPRS.

Also, if you have an outside cabin or a balcony, 3G works perfectly from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale onboard the ship. Inside cabins are much more dicey and it really depends on where its located exactly (lots of steel to block the signal).
Yeah, its also missing George Foreman grill option too. How much do you really want in a Netbook?!

I think the biggest *reasonable* thing its missing is 802.11n. b sucks bad and g is getting there soon, need n!!

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
