I don't see why it is stylish to put recangular devices on theirs side and tilt them like it is some sort of antenna. The Nintendo Wii started this, then Asus started building PC's and now it's suddenly stylish to do it with card readers as well so that you can put an entire array of antenna-like devices on your desk and play domino with them.
It seems they have more in common than you might think:

"Smirnoff graduated from Fordham University with a double major in economics and information system programming."

These featurs are already present in the iPhone version of the operating system. It makes sense to implement them in the desktop version also, it simplifies the development because there are less differences and also adds some useful functionality. The same thing happened with CoreAnimation; it was originally developed for the iPhone and also implemented in Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard because it was also useful on the desktop.
Unfortunately these home servers still require a PC with Microsoft Windows installed to manage them, if you have an household with all-macs you need to buy an additional Windows license and install it using bootcamp or a virtual machine.

Personally I would much prefer a similar concept for home storage running a more UNIX-like operating system.
I wouldn't call this keyboard tiny, small yes, tiny no. You can't even type on it with just your thumbs, that would make it tiny.
Althougth it has been pointed out here that technically ProRes422 is lossy, there are two different kinds of lossy.

Formats like JPEG, MP3 and H.264 are incrimentally lossy, each time you edit them you have to re-encode them and lose some quality, which means that it keeps degrading the more you work with it.

With formats like ProRes422 and DV you throw away some material at the first save, but when edit it and re-encode it there is no additional loss of data. Therefor these formats are suited for editing because they are not lossy anymore after the first time encoding.
When I was still using Windows I had to go out of my way just to make my browser open PDF files in their right application.

Opening non-web content in a browser is utterly insane simply because all the menu's and controls don't work.
What is "jury-rigged" supposed to mean? Did CNN mean "jerry-rigged"?

This is an old screenshot. The new version no longer has the bookmarks panel on the left side which seems to work better.

I found that Cyberduck 3 works much snappier for both browsing directories and downloading files.
The article at PC World says that an Airbrush is included, which makes more sense. The article does not provide a source, and Wacom's website does not mention this special edition on the breaking news page, or the pages with products for America or Europe.

So, without any additional information this is all nothing more than a rumor.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
