Most depressing thing about all this: If the lawsuit seems like it'll even remotely go to court and cost Microsoft money for its high paid legal team... they'll most likely settle with the plaintiffs for a smaller (but still large) number.

Lawyers who took up a dumb case get paid, main people in the class get a new Xbox or something... everyone else hopefully gets 5000 Microsoft Points credited to their Xbox Live accounts.

Ugh I fail at typing.
Does this mean we'll be seeing heavily discounted Zone 120's on Woot! anytime soon?
FWIW they seem to have changed the video card in the ET1300-02 to a much more crappy integrated Geforce 6150SE.

As for your comment...

Games use graphics cards more than they use CPUs. That being said, I can't imagine why you'd ever consider pairing a P4 with a graphics card decent enough to run Crysis. Furthermore, the specifications on their website state that there is a PCI Express x16 2.0 slot. I seriously doubt the 2.0 designation given the chipset but even a plain old PCI Express x16 could take whatever card you used to run Crysis with on your old desktop.

The ET1300-02 is sold at Costco which has a very nice support system and a fair return period. This costs as much as a decent video card, and can't be expected to play games. For someone who doesn't need gaming and just wants everything including a decently reviewed monitor this really isn't a horrible deal.

I doubt most who read this site would have much use for this computer for personal use, but we all have parents/grandparents/relatives who aren't that tech savvy, and this would work for them.
Old school Palm hackers no less.

Old school hackers = Stupidly high quality software made out of boredom that do things a carrier would normally ban a company from allowing to go through (game emulators, removing excess crap from ROM, tethering, VoIP, etc.).
Considering this is a gadget oriented site, maybe they meant it was a disgrace he didn't have a freaking bat utility belt on with an iphone, Pre, BB, and some WM device attached?
Swag would be lovely.
From what I've read elsewhere the scents are light activated. If you're a WoW or other hardcore gamer who doesn't see the light often this would work to freshen up if you turn on the light.

Another review thought the pink one smelled vaguely like flowers, and I'd imagine the blue one would smell like sea salt.
@Wormbolt

I seriously hope the comment system changed for the better because Mr. Block went and punched out all the guys responsible for its flaws because of a comment some guy posted in one of the farewell posts.

Anyways, Apple copies what Microsoft does well, Microsoft copies what Apple does well... doesn't that make both of their products better in the long run? Also, don't they both have some sort of cross-patent sharing agreement?
Looks like they took the best physical features from the Centro and 755p and threw them together. It's not at all bad looking... doesn't have the wow factor of the iphone or anything but I wouldn't be ashamed to tote it around.

I DO find it odd that after all this time they just gave the processor and camera such a tiny bump in quality, as it's been very long overdue.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
