I remember reading sometime ago that at comic con damon lindelof said that the 4 toed statue mystery would be solved, and that was after season three ended. If I remember correctly it was supposed to be answered this season but who knows what they chooped out because of the writer's strike so we may never know and honestly everytime I watch that episode and he Sayid Say those famous lines I crack up, and I really wouldnt care if we never find out because there's bigger things to be explained than a statue.

THIS IS BULL I HAVE A PS3 AND 360 AND THE 360 IS DEFINITELY LOUDER EVEN WHEN ITS IDLE COMPARED TO THE PS3, AND DONT EVEN PUT A GAME IN THE DRIVE. MOST OF THE TIME I DONT EVEN KNOW MY PS3 IS STILL ON ITS SO QUIET.

2nd mpeg-2 coding was only used for the early blu-ray movies but they are using the vc-1 codec, I recently purchased swordfish for my ps3 on blu-ray and its in vc-1.

Thats actually funny because I decided to go the blu-ray route and usually the tech I buy doesnt fail either so I guess its not going to flop because I bought it.

When the 360 was first released were the graphics as good as a year later when gears of war was released? if you say yes your a liar, so what makes you think that a ps3 game a year later from now wont look better. im sure wii titles will look better overtime too. I still think that whole rambling of 360 and ps3 graphics are on par with each other is garbage, they want you to believe that and sure the only comparison have been 3rd party titles but time will tell.
