Hmm, I see Engadget is trying to appease the apple haters who throw tantrums in the comments of every apple-related post...
No, but it looks a lot like the old Latitude L400 - http://kame.blog.ocn.ne.jp/photos/pc/latitudel400.jpg

Does that make the black imac an L400 clone??
Where's Zune Guy's tattoo parlor??
But Rob, he *is* making friends. In the social.
Dell are a real PITA with this kinda thing. The front-mounted USB ports under that cover are not only obscured, but also on an awkward angle and upside down.
You're right Paul. This gadget blog should've recommended a pair of socks with your dad's name on 'em or a novelty necktie.
dexterous enough to twist a lid off a jar... or the head off a human.
Haha, I was just gonna say, no mac user is seriously going to buy this!

Not bloody likely, judging by the comments here.

Any Apple or Microsoft related thread here just degenerates into two bunches of morons calling each other fanboys. THAT is the problem with Engadget at the moment.

End anonymous comments; make people sign up for a proper account, with corporate email address and full name - that generally gets people behaving a little better.
I know everyone will just shout me down as a crapple fanboy (I'm not), but at about 10 x 5 x 1cm isn't this more in the league of the ipod touch than the nano?

Obviously not in terms of price, but that's secondary ;)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
