Agreed, those adapters are misleading in the article as they have nothing to do with the new displays. What we need is a female mini-displayport to a male DVI adapter so we can use these displays on our Mac Pro's. I'm dying to purchase a new display and I don't understand why Apple wouldn't release this adapter or a display with a DVI connector. Guess we'll see by MacWorld, hope none of my pixels burn out.
I use Boss Prefs on my jailbroken iPhone and use the Hide functionality to remove Weather and Stocks. Funny enough, when 2.1 came out and I installed the non jailbroken firmware, those icons remained hidden. Good to know.
Not sure where you're getting your data that other markets have WiMax rolled out. In addition to India, the only other countries to have it rolled out (at last check a couple of months ago) is Pakistan and Iran. Not necessarily in great company.
I don't even know the specs, but did you say free
I'm probably an Apple fan boy, but the Originals are really nice. It's a shame that since Apple started the personal engravings ages ago, they never went this far. The choice of the artists and designs make me want to get one. I think MS did a great job with this update.
No Mail??? The only point of having wifi is to browse and email. I supposed they had to cut something so that iphone users don't get pissed (and I'm one of them). But not having mail is pretty stupid.
Have any of you noticed any poor reception of wi-fi after the update? My safari is really buggy to connect and hold a connection now, even in my house! That's the only big difference I see now.
Like the vendors writing your name on a grain of rice, I'm sure there are silkscreen instructions printed on the head of the iclip
I tend to agree that's it's a burden for the drivers. It's the same if you're working some place and they tell you, you need to all buy $xxx of equipment of you can't work.

I just wished the driver themselves had the GPS. That's what I like about car service anywhere, they're informed. In the UK, they sign up for a live operator GPS who recommends the best route based upon current traffic conditions. You sorta see it here with cab drivers talking to their buddies non-stop.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
