Is this for real!? And how is this possible in 2009 to make a video with mono audio?
I'm sorry but you're wrong when you say: "Chrome OS will be the next Netbook OS."

Remember Netbook is just a name and a concept but I think nobody use a netbook only for internet. You say you own an EEE and windows takes forever to load. Strange, i'm currently using mine (1005HA, 1GB RAM, ATOM 270) with XP and everything runs PERFECTLY FINE and i even do multi tasking with photoshop.

There will never be any netbook OS as some people say. That would be totally ridiculous to limit such ultra portable and long time battery life computers to an internet-only based OS.
There is some nice ideas behind and related but we don't really need a internet-only OS cause it goes nowhere (except on internet) and people who ONLY need internet are probably very rare. Their idea on the file sharing or file server is nice but, I wonder if they know that, even in 2009, a lot of people don't have big and ultra fast bandwidth like in google temple.
ha ha ha ha. best joke of the day, even if its not. Great deal btw.
And people ask me why I only buy ASUS laptops. Because they are better than these 8 others companies, well, I think.
Thanks for this very interesting review of the video mode of 7D. Thats basically what I was thinking about the kind of set-up you cam make with a camera like this. Sure, its has some cons but globally, I really think that video DSLR will be the new way to make shorts soon. I used to study in the cinema field and all the set-up with real camera video is not necessarily better or easier. Using an external sound rec device and a good shoulder mount or tripod can replace any semi-pro video camera, considering the amazing field of depth that gives you (something semi-pro cams don't without expensive video only lens).

But one thing it really interest me is what you said about the 5D. "Canon announced a firmware update to bring these additional framerates to the 5D sometime next year". I think that could be THE thing that would change people's mind on buying the 7D. I'll be probably one of them if it happens.
Love Asus's new designs.
I would make it PSP3000.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
