It's when the other shareholders hold less than the amount. Considering that most shareholders do not take have a stake in everyday operations, 30-35% can easily mean controlling interest. It's weird but that's just how it is.

Can't they just make a sport/fuel econ mode?
I'm pretty sure I can bicycle normally faster than 20 mph
@jeff

nintendo actually has a pretty big presence in hong kong, from what i remember going there during the summer it was probably one in every 4-5 people on the subway were playing ds... so its pretty crazy... even the older people (like 45+) are playing it
@Ryan: I believe the thing was that there was spyware and adware on the computer and porn popped up because of it. It wasn't because of someone clicking on it... so basically she's being charged because of the computers inadequate security, and being blamed for it even though it's not even hers.
hey! I used to have a bicycle that had automatic transmission on it too, it had something to do with some things on the back of my bike that measured how fast i was going and shifted gears accordingly. Great bike until I left it out in the rain for a week by accident and it rusted all up... and also a ran over a small tree branch and it got into the whole gear system... what a mess...

I bought it from a As Seen on TV store, and it was pretty cheap around $100-150...
Favourite Location: Hong Kong, China great scenery shots at night there.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
