Darn. I had gone to the filming; the humor was rather crude...there were definitely times that even the audience (filled with Family Guy fans) did not shed a single chuckle for some of the jokes. Everyone was too afraid to laugh at some of the punch-lines. But, I mean, it is Family Guy. Most of it was absolutely hillarious! Hope this doesn't lead to a line-up of Microsoft-bashing episodes.
Could just be the special Zune team gift versions...but hope they're not.
Count me in, please.
Oh dear...and I just moved my old desktop out of my room. How fitting.
I know huh?! All those billions in profit Microsoft cashes in on every year...sheesh...Apple and Google must be so afraid of ever being in Microsoft's current financial standpoint.
Maybe they designed it with Narcissus in mind?
Well at least it isn't Jason Bateman as my eyes were tricking me via the rss reader...thought this would have been some lame joke. Oh wait, is it?
I'm not saying that this particular move is good or anything, but someone does need to start defining what a netbook is. Microsoft setting certain minimum and maximum specs is one good way to do it and keep OEMs from blurring what is a great market of computers. The average consumer should be able to clearly see the differences, or else it's another clueless decision added to the mix.
Oh I get it! "Connected. Portable. Affordable" refers to the mug, pen, and eye glasses...
Well, it shows Microsoft is winning the price war. And Apple just confirmed it by completely ignoring that concept (main focus of the Laptop Hunters marketing) with the new set of ads.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
