Reminds me of the holophonor from futurama. More like the holophonor's great great great great grandfather

If some one can merge webOS's version with a jailbroken iPhone... I'm in for an iphone. If not, well I'll be waitin' to see what phone is after the pixi, or maybe go with something like the acerA1... i just don't want a winmo 6.5, I hope 7 will be nice... i am enjoying windows 7 so if winmo 7 could be good... =D

Sux, I've got a symbian phone right now, I was hopin' the beta came out soon for it.
something had to have happened to that camera... maybe a bad shipment, maybe something code wise glitched out, maybe it was too much of a PITA to allow apps that used the camera on the iphone to allow 3g touch as well, like the api call not working the same... but I'm not buying their 'gaming machine' statement.
breath on this thing wrong and you are done = D
they should just sell the sticks plain, and sell face plates for it. You'd could even make your own faceplate. save a heck of a lot in distribution costs.
@LS2LS7

Well you could get a super capacitor that can hold some or all of that energy, and then slowly feed it back to a battery or the grid.

"While there's an odd aspect of race to the bottom that I'm not sure is entirely healthy for the iPhone app ecosystem, the idea that software should be priced low enough to pass the average user's "why not" threshold is a powerful one. "
why is cellphone screens being ignored with the tech?!? seems like the perfect application, i mean its nice to be able to use a laptop in the sun, but you are more likely to use a cellphone in the sun!
I'm going to puke. I've wanted to develop this for a long time. I have many different prototypes and examples of it running.

My target device was the PSP:
http://web.archive.org/web/20071211000322/http://forums.qj.net/f-psp-homebrew-discussion-12/t-psp-dynamic-comic-viewer-73505.html

here is an example if it running on the pc:
http://deadlock.krunk4ever.com/comicviewer/
(the psp version's image would size to fill the screen as best as it could)

and I was then looking towards making it a youtube like site... problem is nobody saw this as a big deal... I couldn't get solid support from anyone to help me witht it, except for it being my senior project:
can be found at comiccrowd [dot] com > view test comic

I had big plans, I thought comicspace.com would hire me to build something like this (as they were looking for a software engineer) but never hear back from them until I really pressed them on it.
Now, they should compare how much EA spend on advertising guitar hero world tour vs rock band 2. EA spent a TON of money getting the word out...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
