I don't see why we should stop people from killing themselves. I don't have a problem with it. I say go ahead kids, kill yourselves. It's a right thing to do.
What is with you damn hippies always ranting about how un-green something is every time it's brought up? I knew before even clicking on the comments button that someone was going to say it within the first five replies, and I was right.

What if I happened to get my electricity from the solar panels situated on top of my house? You don't know. Personally, I don't give a damn about the environment or how much it damages the planet. Maybe I just don't want to pay for gas anymore. Maybe I would just like to be as independent as possible from everybody else.

At least technology is moving forward. People like you would rather we just wait and sit on our asses, hoping for a better solution will come along without any sort of transition whatsoever.
Yes, Engadget is certainly not a reputable publication. It's bias is almost dripping off the webpages on just about any subject.
Maybe all of you should just be less easily offended?

There, at least I can comment on the article.

Oh yes, criticizing the spelling of a post you don't agree with is the perfect argument. After all, what better or more mature way is there to respond to something you don't agree with then to mock its spelling instead. Yes, the spelling has so much to do with what he was talking about. Obviously, if he made two spelling errors in a post, on a blog located on the internet, then his original point was undoubtedly void.

People like you make me sick.
The unsuspecting girl next door, through the bedroom window... er, I mean, the intricate details of a exotic flower. Yeah, that's what I meant.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
