I like the idea of searching a web page more quickly and easily. I press 'command+f' a lot as it is. It seems to resemble Firefox though...hmm... it seems someone else bought a photocopier...

Still, It's cool how the term glows in an eye-catching orange as you press the arrow.

But, the hovering purple arrow is a little much. It would be nicer if the menu item just changed color and you could just press enter/return to select the command for which you were looking.

I wish the clip was a little longer and showed a little more of the whole feature so we could determine fully if this will be a useful feature.

Nevertheless, it seems Apple has a lot up their sleeves, and we can expect some cool things come next spring.
There is NOTHING new on this

As the most recent photo shows, this is the welcome poster. Apple usually keeps their new products on other posters under black curtains until after the keynote and near the developer/demonstration booths. so this wouldn't even be the place to announce new products since everyone walking in to the keynote would see this beforehand...

Yeah, I was there. Scored two shirts at the Suburban Square Store in PA (a friend and I). I was surprised to see the Studio featured so prominently at the back end of the store. It's nice that we have two Apple stores catering to the Philadelphia area now; King of Prussia was always really crowded - a little like how the opening was today.
If they new about upcoming products, they might lean to discourage someone from buying a product, telling them to wait a little while. If they wait, they might forget to buy...

Where was that Apple Store Genius Bar image taken?
That would explain why Apple's Mac OS X is behind Windows in terms of worldwide use - if Apple never made an effort to compete in perhaps the largest market (corporate), Microsoft could easily steal expand in that market. This is where Apple went wrong, since their products are, needless to say, superior.
this is really great...new design looks good too!
I can confirm that the update also applies to the 1.5 GHz 15" PowerBook G4 with obviously a lower resolution display.

Happy Macworld!
iTunes still sounds like it's better.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
