that's because they modded their XBOX. They're not running around banning people to get them to buy a new XBOX. They broke the agreement they made with them. How is Microsoft being unfair?

Nov 2nd 2009 3:34PM i'm not going to argue with you too much, but the "quaterbacked his team to an NBA title" thing goes a little far. he was valuable in that run, but he in no way was leader of that team.
that'd be like saying derek fisher was the best point guard early this decade becuase the lakers won 3 of 4 championships in a row. let us not forget they had kobe and shaq.
oh. and they're both dirty. his "stop an open shot" defense would be valid if the ball wasn't 5 feet away from him when he threw a roundhouse to miller's head. that's dirty.

i don't care if richards meant to hurt him or not, it's a dirty hit to the head. hockey is tough, but plays like that are dangerous. a clean hit to the shoulder would have leveled him all the same, but richards went right for the head. give him a couple of games suspension and be done with it.
booth better keep his head up if he wants to stay in the league.

i have a first gen that microsoft has given me software updates for free for the last two years. up until the touchscreen, i've gotten everything any new zune received. i don't blame them that my two year old player isn't touchscreen so i can't all the bells and whistles the new zune hd gets. it's been one of the best tech investments i've made.
