Price drops for phones dont mean they arent selling well, its usually the opposite.

The RAZR went from like $200 to free in about a year, and we all know how that turned out.
My experience with PlayOn and TVersity has been very poor.

Trying to stream any video over wifi seems impossible, sometimes it works but most of the time it chokes. You can forget about HD over wifi, sure you can use ethernet but if youre going to do that then why not just use an extra long HDMI cable? You also have to deal with it just not finding any content which seems to happen constantly. Its just very unreliable as a whole.

UPNP is not a very good solution, its too buggy. Either hook your PC directly up to your TV or use the built in things on devices like Netflix, UPNP is not worth the effort.
Its newer and it destroyed Uncharted 2's sales. Uncharted 2 may be a better game but with a public vote it doesnt have a chance in hell.
downgrade
The blob doesnt move either, its just some white thing on the side of the road. Plus it would be the size of a pelican egg. Pelicans are some of the largest flying birds in the world, there is absolutely no chance there is a pelican in this video.
That doesnt look anything like a pelican. Pelicans are like the size of a 10 year old child. If there was a pelican it would be extremely obvious since it would be much bigger than the wheel base. There is no pelican.
The difference between PS2 backwards compatibility and Xbox compatibility is that you get to play PS2 games. You arent exactly missing out on a shitload of classic games by having poor Xbox support so who cares?
I dont have Gold right now because its too expensive, maybe I'll get it when its $30. I usually hate console online gaming, match making is an annoying and frustrating experience, generally its 80% waiting and 20% playing. For $50 EVERY single game should have servers like PC games that allow people to choose their own match.
Black Friday always sucks. They only sell really crappy stuff for cheap. They never have store wide sales either. Ive never bought anything on Black Friday, I dont want to waste money on a horrible TV or a crappy game, Id rather use that money towards things that are actually good.

They should change the name to "Clear Out Unpopular Inventory Friday"
Who cares if money goes to Japan, selling cars is not a race. There is no sliding scale, Japan doing bad doesnt mean that America is doing good.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
