I am skeptical that they will really offer a v8 in this thing, since the prototype has the turbo I4. The V8 is quite a different beast.
It would be sweet if they put the Sonata engine in it.

May 20th 2007 3:09AM Too bad rotaries are banned from Le Mans now, they kept winning!
After that race, with the engine kept at around 9000rpm, the 26B was torn apart and mazda's techs noted there was no real wear to speak of, it could easily have run the race again. Testament to the rotary's reliability.
(Yes i know 3rd gen rx7 engines don't last more than ~70k miles, thats a different story).

Prozedur = learning procedure).
I am guessing it has an accelerometer and that you have to shift a few times before it learns what gear is is where, mostly by reading the motion it takes to go into that gear
