No interest in 3.x here either. It doesn't add any features I find useful.
Sorry to butt in to an already hijacked thread, but yeah, even Consumer frickin' Reports does a daily deals post. It's important to attribute, and Consumerist sends you to the deals sites, so they still get the traffic, at least.

That said, I already use http://www.tuaw.com/tag/@not-iphone/ since I don't have an iPhone; if there's a similar @ tag so people who don't care about daily deals can skip them, maybe everyone wins? (And for that matter, are @ tags stackable?)
Seriously. I paid $199 for my Mini 9 and not that much more than that for the Mini 10v.
Thanks very much for that info, Michael; makes sense -- I hadn't considered the connectivity angle from that perspective. So now it comes down to what direction the Mac owner's geek lust pushes me in, I guess.
Nice writeup, Steve. I've been looking at this for a while and so this is some great info for me to have. Just curious, and maybe some other TUAW readers who have used this can chime in too: Does the GPS feature depend on 3G connectivity, or does it just use standard GPS signals? If it just uses the standard satellite signals, would the Mifi's GPS work in Europe? I know the 3G connection itself won't, but it would be useful to have a small, portable, easy-to-use GPS when I'm over there.

(Actually, if it doesn't work, I understand Sprint has just released Mac drivers for its 4G USB dongle; since I'm in Chicago, where WiMax was just rolled out, that might be the way to go. If any TUAWians have any experience with that, I'd love to know about that too. Thanks to all in advance.)
Brian, what on earth are you talking about? That link goes to a page where a commenter provides the quick solution to the broken netbook support, as cooperc says it does.
What's your secret? I'm just hitting my 7th anniversary with T-Mo and they're not moving from the $349 price for me.
I think given the long list of exclusions, I'm the only person in the US who can win anyway.
10.2, although my first version of the system was 1.1.
It would make the desktop much larger on my Dell Mini 9 hackintosh!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
