Nice reference Hitchhikers Guide reference there at the end.
Honestly, this just seems like some BS. To be perfectly honest with outselves, this is just some way to entertain people who have no foresight. Those of us that can think further than 10 years into the future realize that the future is in three dimensional video and audio immersion. Even with all of the difficulties of people not being able to see all sides at once, and such it is still what will be coming. A way to full immerse the viewers by motorized seats and three dimensional viewing and listening that constantly change to adapt to the viewing direction.
And DSL Gets the shaft yet again. No surprise really, if prices weren't so unreasonable in my area and if the cable speeds were constant I'd go for it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
