You do realize that the reason why 'traditional' input devices for personal computers work better is because the current UIs are designed for cursor and keyboard input?
Touch screens and tablets are used in medical, military applications, HMIs on plant floors, etc. I don't think it's reasonable to claim that a tablet is necessarily inferior usability.
Absinthe is legal in a lot of places. There is also a 'modern' version that is some sort of vodka/green liquor and has very little similarity to the original wormwood absinthe. (I think it's called bohemian absinthe or something)
Absinthe is also not really hallucinogenic. That was mostly a rumor to support a ban of absinthe. The truth is, it was just a fairly cheap and very strong alcoholic beverage and had the social problems usually associated with that.
I thought everyone knew that Canadian Tire money was the real Canadian currency. Why else would the Canadian mint keep trying to make their money look like Canadian Tire money?
So... novelty of innovative control will wear off but shiny graphics won't? Am I the only one who is totally sick of graphically excellent but totally stale FPS games on consoles already? Resistance: Fall of Man is apparently a good game but I just can't bring myself to care.
PSP has been quite a disappointment to me. I was pretty excited about it originally and almost bought one at launch. After some consideration though I just couldn't think of any games I actually wanted to plan on it other than Lumines. A friend of mine did get one at launch and ended up selling it along with all his PSP games for quite a loss just so he could get a DS. I don't imagine new colors will solve the issue of lackluster games.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
