38% marketshare is pretty solid market control compares to everyone else's puny share wouldnt you say.
Just get a Nokia - all of their new range phones have an fm transmitter (ie an itrip) built in.
Do you know anything about the mobile phone world Engadget or are you purely focused on the high end fancy phones?? The reason this phone is amazing is the price - its insanely cheap, an insanely cheap touchscreen phone = high sales. It might not be everyones cup of tea (not mine) but perhaps as professional bloggers you'd understand.
Not sure how that would be possible considering the n86 was originally going to be called the n85 8mp! (it's effectively a revised n85). Surely is worth rather more thxn $299.. I think people forget the price of phone unsubsidized, iPhone is $900!
erm because a $100 camera couldnt take calls, go on the internet, navigate you, play mp3's, transmit mp3's over fm etc etc
The US variant of the N95 was released AFTER the European one, right? The first firmware would have been a more advanced version of the one first released on the European N95.. hence a lower firmware number.. work it out Sherlock;)
WiMAX is PART of LTE douchebag;)
@Geoff Gibson

What a load of crap - Symbian OSes run on Samsung and SE phones as well as Nokias - kinda blows a lid on your whole post
As already mentioned the chassis is based on the Atom - check it out!

Ben - Not sure if that is the case now - if you use AGPS it has a 5-10 lock on I believe???
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
