They've had wifi monitoring for years: http://www.monitoring.welchallyn.com/products/wireless/micropaq.asp I worked on an online training for this product three years ago. All of the welch allyn monitors have wifi and a pretty cool base station that allows monitoring of all the patients on the network.

I don't know what is going to happen with yahoo. But I can tell you that Cramer doesn't either. The fact is that everyone in the sector is being compared, fairly or not, with GOOG. When goog is posting these kind of growth numbers its going to look bad for Yahoo, because if Goog is gaining share yhoo is losing.

I am, at heart, a UNIX geek, even if years of windows has dulled by command line senses. But being able to ssh into my mac and type ls -al | grep file makes it all so wonderful. Vista does not have that, its still windows.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
