The TomTom app stores their maps on the iPhone and you would probably have to buy a map pack if you wanted to use this device outside of the USA
@ken

That is more than enough time to roll out a bugfix.
Only things they really compete with are the phones, office applications and mobileme. And having the office applications and mobileme compatible would be absolutely wonderful for both companies anyways.

Apple isn't going after the netbook market nor is Google going after the laptop/desktop market (or if they do, it won't be for the higher-level market apple serves.) It just doesn't fit within the strategy of either company to cross into the other company's market.

The only real competition here involves the plans behind the phones and even with the phones there is room for some cross-over (mostly google applications & features put on the iPhone
Time Warner didn't have it at launch and IIRC still doesn't have it

err... I meant is IS compatible..

I thought you asked the question opposite the way you actually did :)
It doesn't, and there is no reason it wouldn't as it is the same exact size as the old battery and acts just like the old one (except for a few extra minutes of use)

I have a few Seidio batteries... one for my BlackBerry Pearl and one for the Pre

Although I returned the Pre and am getting a Tour, which they also make an extended battery for
RCN Added Cartoon HD
PCH can play a DVD ISO perfectly fine. I doubt it can handle the menus on BD (legally?) so I wouldn't count on having full BD ISO support.

Should handle the m2ts file INSIDE the .iso perfectly fine. You are just giving up the menus

This device WILL pass through the audio
On the Palm Pre Pandora w/Other apps just kills the battery. Well, kills it faster than usual.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
