my update went fine, but a day later i'm having crazy battery issues. related, i dunno, but i'm suspicious. the charge fluctuates and tells me i'm near empty when it is at 30+%

will be calling apple care tomorrow!

pretty funny that the rep mentions lego (r) as embracing open source. they taken legal action about their designs being copied and get a snippy about how lego (r) is displayed.

"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
