Hahahah! thats great I don't even need to post anymore, the products speak for themselves....

all right I'll bite... There are a number of things I would change about this unit, the fact that it is thicker then the ipod and *MUCH* thicker then the nano for one, is something that would need to be changed. Silver on black is just a very dated look to me. It might have impressed me in 1986, but not now. Third, there are *WAY* to many buttons on this beast, The iPods click wheel is much more elegant. Finally the buttons themselves screem "I was designed in the same factory in China where I was built". I mean there is nothing sexy about the button layouts. Anyway, I probably should have just left a generic comment, but whatever.........

I hate to disapoint, I really don't even think this player is worth commenting on. Design wise, these things are stuck in the late 1990's. They remind me of something sony would have put out (i.e. crapola). Ill save the generic "DS comment" for marginally better looking players...

It would be a great move for Dell to preload OS X in their machines. They are however a *LONG* way away from apple design wise. I doubt That good old DS would buy one, but none-the-less a good move for Dell...

HAHAHAH! This thing Sux. I expect it would apeal to the same market segment that watches NASCAR. These guys have a *LONG* way to go before they catch up to Apple design wise. Nice try, but like every other POS out there, I think I'll pass....

You would think that in winning the building contracts for Apples Macbook line Asus could make a half way decent looking product. The design here is FAR WORSE then the Apple books. Nice try but no American consumer with sence will be buying this...

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
