I have the Pre. I switched to Sprint just because it was so much cheaper than AT&T. Well, I should have waited a bit longer. When I bought the Pre the word was that there would be no Android device on Sprint. So I went with the Pre. Literally no apps. But I waited. I had the iPhone and knew that it takes time to build up the store to something functional. After waiting months and months I can't take it any more. Also, the Pre build quality isn't the greatest. I swapped mine out quite a few times. I usually jump on new products fairly quickly and I don't want to make the same mistake with Android either. I'll wait a few weeks to see how things go. But if things look good I might pull the trigger.

P.S. I got the Pre for my wife too. For what she does it's fine. But if you are a heavy techy phone user like myself I don't think it cuts it.
This is so dumb. They must be in tough shape in the imagination department.
for me for me
I want to know if this thing will run OSX. Most of what I have seen says yes. Any one care to comment?
75% mine and 25% sold to help buy books for school
Seriously...WTF was that?
At Ryan,

Yea that's called curiosity traffic. It bugs the hell out of me. You go from 70 mph to 45 mph because people are slowing down to watch a guy on the side of the road put gas in his car.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
