I would like to win.
i would like to win, very much so.
An Escort with the heavier than lead SHO V6? I love the engine (I had a 90 SHO) but it is heavy.
The Taurus shell wasn't flown to Japan to have the engine installed. The blocks were cast in Canada, shipped to Japan where the engine was assembled, then the engines were shipped to Atlanta where the car was built.

The Achieva SCX wasn't sold at the same time as the Contour. Ford's competition for it was the Tempo. The Contour came out in MY95.

Having the GLHS and SyTy on the list is just crazy.

This whole list is mostly nuts. It sounded like a great article and started off good with the Impala and just went downhill from there.
I tried to buy a warranty from them. When I explained my car was an 81 Fiat X1/9 they said the couldn't help me.

I tried to ask why the called me then, but they hung up on me as soon as I tried.
To everyone comparing power of the engines don't forget that the Ford engines only require 87 octane to achieve those numbers. I'd wager if one were to dyno the Nissan 290hp 3.5l on 87 the engine would pull lots of timing and power would be below that of the Ford 3.5l.
Guys, this is old stuff. 10.4.3 has been running on PCs for nearly 2 months. ATI drivers in 10.4.3 are decent enough, much better than running in VESA in 10.4.1. 10.4.3 runs very well on my NC6000 1.7 Dothan.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
