reality check! disabling certificate check in s60-3rd does next to nothing! you really should check before posting garbage like that.
yeah, this should give us a picture of the audience. crapple fanboys galore.
calling s60-3rd "open" is your idea of a joke? it's as screwed as crapple!
there are two types of legal professionals - those who know *how* and those why know *why it can't be done*. you're obviously the latter, shitty, kind.
sure - bookmarks.
now this is sick! s60-3rd is the most restricted platform that nokia has come up with to date!
enough crapple news!
I'm perfectly happy with it. People who whine about the price are just greedy. I've already downloaded/read some 100+ books, *$25 and there's no question about the price ;)

I'd just fix one thing: when connected to a USB port it doesn't present itself as a removable drive. Forget the internal memory, but the SD-card should be accesible as a drive. That's it!

I've been using it for months now and 'sold' it to a great number of friends here in Moscow, Russia.

BTW I otherwise *hate* Sony and this is the only product of theirs that I own.
scottevest.com has been doing these for years. mine costs $200. but hey, it's a Zegna - morons _will_ pay ;-)
I've used Iridium (at sea and on an airplane) and it's amazing. It costs just $.75 for calls within Iridium and $1.50 to anywhere in the world. It's a steal, considering GSM roaming can get up to $4 per min.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
