And you could still be fooked. Depending on what they do with Profile 2.0, sony could screw early adopters- look at how fast they dropped backwards compatibility from the PS3...
People are so pedantic, but from only their own point of view, not even taking into account that they might be the ones missing something. *rolls eyes*
Ummm... they *are* fixing it at their own expense. And compensating the players. Maybe not the way they want to be, but they are. They could have re-couped more by going through CS more likely, or not doing it Class Action so that perhaps MS would have settled with them rather than letting it blow up into this.
