Who's going to be first to try and wear that thing in airport security??
I think HD to HDD would be best in a camcorder. Then just dump to a PC and burn to which ever format.

I wonder though, with HD cameras coming out, would there be a market for creating good HD stock footage to sell online?
We wantee breadsticks...I mean camera!
As an HD-DVD owner (with the 360 add on drive), I kind of wish HD-DVD would just die and everyone go Blu-ray. I mean if anyone is going to decide on HDDVD sure that'd be okay too. Ah screw it I'll just wait for HD Rentals over XBLM in Canada...
All I know is our Wii is collecting dust right now, and I can hardly get on my 360 because my wife (casual gamer) is on Carcasonne and Catan all the time...heck she's even played it online. XBLA has real potential. As for me I had to upgrade the video card on my PC so I could play on something!
I wonder if this costs more than using a surrogate like George Bluth? :)
I'm in ur dna mutating ur helix!
I think the solution is to buy a 360 this year, and get the Wii and/or PS3 next year. Heck the PS3 is bound to get a price drop next year...or at least I hope there is :) I think aside from fretting over availability launch titles tend to suck (or I would've been tempted to go through this last year for 360 instead of waiting...still waiting...for this Christmas season)
At first I was like "COOL!", but then I started thinking, wait a minute now I don't get to play my 360 for an hour at a time because my wife rents a CSI episode? Hmmm, maybe not so cool.

(although I guess the obvious solution is TWO 360's right?)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
